Ordering Information

 Place an order

Orders are can be post online & offline Method. If you wish to place an order over phone, our rep will assist you in creating an online account and placing an order . After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement. Our phone and email addresses are available in the contact us section of website. We will start processing your order only after we have received payment. By placing an order on, you agree that you are buying for your business needs. If you want to purchase bulk, you can upload the requirements in the form provided in the website, you can get the option in the Main Menu provided in the Header section of the website.

Order delivery times

If material is in stock or readily available, we dispatch in 3-4 business days. For special order or out of stock items delivery times are 2 weeks. If we are not able to fulfill your order then we will refund your entire amount within 15 business days. If order times exceed what we have committed to, we will contact you to determine if you want to execute the order with the new delivery time. If you do not wish to execute the order at that time, we will refund your entire amount, In the case of the Product Hunt, we will inform when we can deliver the Items after sourcing.

Shipping orders outside India

We currently do not accept orders for international shipping on our website. If you are an international customer please email us your requirement at and we will determine whether we can fulfill your order or not.

Vat and Central Sales Tax

We invoice all transactions and charge all taxes as per regulation.
We charge VAT depending on the item being shipped. We offer refund upon original C-form being submitted to us, in which case we will charge only 2% CST for any outside Kerala transactions and refund the difference

Excise Duty and MODVAT

We charge excise duty if applicable. Excise is either included in price or separately displayed at time of checkout, which ever is applicable. We provide excise duty/MODVAT documents upon request – Contact us  We offer tax invoice along with retail invoice where required.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via Netbanking, NEFT/RTGS, debit cards, credit cards, or cheque. Please mail us your cheque at Pudussery Hardwares Pvt Ltd, Apex Residency, Near Priyadarshni Theatre, Palakkad, Kerala  by speedpost or registered post or courier. We cannot claim responsibility for cheques sent through normal mail. Please enclose invoice / Order  copy along with your cheque. Dont forget to put your order number in the Copy attached with Cheque.

Payment through EMI does not charge any processing fee for availing EMI.  is not responsible for the interest charged by the bank and cannot refund the interest amount in case of cancellation, refund or pre-closure. Please check with your respective bank regarding their policy for Cancellation, Refund or Pre-closure.
